I didn't come to this work from a textbook. I came to it because I watched people I loved struggle to stay connected — and I wanted to understand why relationships break down, and what it actually takes to rebuild them.
Over the course of my career, I've worked alongside people navigating some of the most formative and difficult seasons of their lives. What I learned is that most people don't lack love — they lack the tools, the language, and the safety to use it. That conviction is what eventually brought me into the therapy room.
I care about people, and I believe that healing happens in relationship — not just by talking about it, but by experiencing something different, right here, in the room. My work is grounded in Relational Life Therapy, which means I show up directly, honestly, and with genuine investment in your growth.
If you're here, something matters enough to you to seek help. That already says something important about who you are.
Real change takes time. I don't rush the process — I trust it.
I'll tell you what you need to hear, not just what feels good in the moment.
Therapy here is both rigorous and deeply human. You'll feel both challenged and held.
I don't take sides. I hold everyone — including myself — to a high standard.
Every person who walks through my door is carrying something real — patterns learned long before they had words for them. My job isn't to fix you. It's to walk alongside you as you learn what it means to show up fully: for yourself, and for the people you love.
I work from a Relational Life Therapy framework — direct, honest, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship. Not just by talking about change, but by practicing it together, in real time.
No pressure. Just a conversation to see if I'm the right fit.
